The various shades of blues and green inspired by the Amalfi coast.
Inspiration
From the many journeys to this Italian coastline, this collection is designed to capture the various blues and greens of this stunning and rugged coastline.
The colourful villages and dramatic cliffs are the backdrop of the Amalfi coast. A distinct coastline rich in heritage so choosing this was area of the world to represent a collection was an easy one.
The various blues were inspired by the distinctive majolica tiles that cover the buildings in Vietri Sul Mare along with the maritime past and present of the enticing sea. A boat trip to Capri inspired some of the blues captured this collection as well.
This collection didn’t not take the pastel colours of the buildings. It was decided that omitting these colours would create a specific range of colours; pastel colours don’t offer the masculine vibrations of this collection. Form the enchanting Atrani village with its labyrinth streets, hiking the “Path of the Gods” (also known as Sentiero degli Dei) or a drive along the winding roads the area the Amalfi coast is a true travellers dream. Challenging and relaxing at the same time.

What materials
Cotton and modal were selected as the choice of materials for the items in this collection.
Cotton for its traditional feel and modal for the temperature control - needed for those who active.
Styles
Items in this collection are boxer shorts, trunks and briefs. No other styles were chosen to include.
Colours in this collection
The three types of blues in this collection are: Majolica blue, Azure blue and Sapphire Blue.
Deeps greens that pair well with gold but also found in and around the Amalfi coastline are Olive and pine greens – from the many Maritime Pine (Pinus pinaster) growing in the area
What makes this collection different?
This is the first collection where we have embossed the logo to various sizes. This gives avid collectors of Levage underwear the opportunity to select a pair that based not just on colour, style or material but logo that they feel comfortable with. Other collections have made one logo size available.
Some items in the collection have the logo on the font only.
