The Definitive collection

Our inspiration

The defining characteristics of a man - that was the starting point for creating this collection. To reflect the main elements of masculinity – strength, courage and independence. Simplicity brings out the best in a man, no fuss, just himself. His independent nature, his courage provides the strength to move forward and go after what he wants.

As a simpler collection, The Definitive embodies the defining the universal characteristics of masculinity. Characteristics wish men should aspire to and be proud of.

Materials

Only available in cotton, the traditional fabric of choice known for its abundant qualities. Cotton also provides a rigid hold to provide a feeling of being held into place yet still comfortable enough.

It was decided that modal and bamboo materials, while superior in many ways to cotton, do not provide that traditional feel or provide that rigid hold that may not always feel good but looks good instead.

The Definitive collection is all about the show, men who want something to show.

Styles

A simplified collection limited to three main traditional styles only. For men who want simplicity, they know what they want. No fuss. A style in a colour that suits his occasion, his day.

No other styles are traditional enough to make it into this collection.

Colours

Only one colour - black because it’s Definitive. Black has many positive symbolic associations – wealth, power and authority.

A Man always looks good in black, it goes with anything and for any occasion.

What’s different?

With a smaller Levage logo than previous collections and one which is present on the front and back of the waistband to create a sense of boldness without being over the top.

Why chose this

This collection is a more formal one. Ideal for those who want to show their underwear off on social media making them ideal for short term wear - after going to the gym but not during the gym.

Special occasion? Then a traditional look and colour is an option to consider.

When does it end.

Our Definitive collection comes and goes like true classics; they can make a comeback on their terms. Unlike past and future collections, there is no set date for beginning or ending of the Definitive collection.

Maximum?

The Definitive collection is only ever made to a maximum of 199 per launch set and when they’re sold the collection ends. However, unlike other collections this one might come back at some point because a classic style will always have future demand.
