The extended guarantee is a three-month guarantee from the date of receipt in which a customer can return an item for a full refund or exchange for a different size/colour or another item of the same value.
This page informs the full conditions - acceptable and unacceptable criteria - for which to return an item for an exchange or get a full refund under the extended guarantee policy.
The extended guarantee is only available to first time buyers and for one item only.
A refund or exchange is still not automatically guaranteed unless the following is satisfied:
1) The item is not damaged after receiving it.
2) The item is clean.
3) Care has been taken to maintain the upkeep of the underwear.
If you want to exchange your item for another rather than return for a full refund the above criteria still apply. You still need to register. (see below)
For an exchange the following applies:
1) You can exchange for a different size or colour
2) You can exchange for an item of the same monetary value
You only get one exchange under your extended guarantee.
WITHOUT REGISTERING you will not be able to make a claim under the extended guarantee and therefore the normal consumer rights apply (i.e. 14 days - see Terms)
To make use of the extended guarantee you must register the item within 14-days of receiving it. For orders with multiple items you can choose which item that will be registered under the extended guarantee.

The return postage will be met by the customer. This also applies to exchanges.
